Rump roast is big enough to feed a crowd, and tasty enough to keep ‘em coming back for seconds. 

Also known as bottom round oven roast or bottom round roast, this cut comes from the hindquarter, above the hip, and behind the sirloin. As with all of our dry-aged beef, this cut is made from our premium quality beef. 

This is a full-flavor roast that is excellent for roasting, stir-fried, or pan-fried. It’s large enough to feed a crowd, making it ideal for big family dinners with some extra left over (if you’re lucky!). Our rump roast is a great option for a Sunday pot roast cooked low and slow in a Crockpot for flavorful, fall-apart meat.
