You’ll Need: 1tsp. each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper.
1. Combine the spices in a bowl and then rub on all sides of the brisket.
2. Smoke the brisket at 190° until it reaches 160° internal temp.
3. Wrap in butcher paper first and then aluminum foil and smoke at 235° until it reaches 205° internal temperature.
4. Remove the brisket from the smoker and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
