Our Nebraska ground beef comes in at 1 lb. per package, and is enough to feed two to four people, depending on preparation.

You’ll receive 10 lbs of our premium ground dry-aged beef each month.

In each Spring/Summer Subscription Box, you’ll receive approximately 17lbs of 100% locally-raised beef.
