Tallow is your kitchen’s jack of all trades. 

Made from the rendered fat of our locally raised beef, 76 Cattle Co.’s beef tallow is a beautiful, creamy product perfect for the kitchen and the apothecary.

Use tallow as a cooking fat (think of it as lard’s more flavorful cousin), or smear it on your cast iron for the perfect conditioner. We use tallow in a variety of bath and body products. You can find our recipes for tallow lotion, tallow hand cream, and tallow lip balm on our blog. 

Tallow is shelf stable for 1 year. Store in a cool, dark place to ensure freshness. 

We package our tallow in double-cleaned, reused peanut butter jars. *** If you have a peanut allergy please make a note on your order and we'll ensure you get a glass jar that hasn’t been contaminated by peanuts.

76 Cattle Co.’s premium beef is locally raised on our family farm in Nebraska. Our expertly dry-aged beef is USDA-inspected before it reaches your family’s table, guaranteeing nourishing meals you can depend on. 

Each jar of 76 Cattle Co. beef tallow weighs between 1.25 and 1.5 pounds.
